scam or not?

i called that number and it was a at&t number don't belive me try it yourself

This woman claiming to be from Bank of America asked for my dad's number, saying how it was weird that my number was down as his business number. My dad never did that.

calling several times!!!

We have beem receiving calls from this number at a regular intervial and I would like it stopped. We are on the ferd. no call list but we are still getting these calls

So many phone calls -- a very intrusive caller. Never leaves a message. Also they call a lot at dinner time. Very irritating.

calling about magazine. requesting employment information. stated need to confirm that i was receiving a magazine. my mistake was confirming that i did subscribe to that magazine. continue to ask about employment. i declined. she stated if the file is not close, i will continue to receive these calls. told her whatever and again declined and then politely hung up the phone. law agent friend stated out yourself on national do not call list, if calls continue, it is a scam. be aware. never give out your information.
